I arrived and was immediately greeted by a kind staff member, setting a positive tone. The vegan dining was outstanding. I never missed non-vegan options, and the lovely lake views added to the experience. My room had a steam shower, and I enjoyed my daily swims in the pool. The yoga classes were rejuvenating, especially the private session I received. However, the hot tubs were out of order and frustratingly cold. I noticed some maintenance issues like a clogged sink and a smelly garbage bag that detracted from the overall luxury feel. On top of that, the manager's response to facility issues felt lacking. It seemed like more attention to maintenance and better communication from leadership could enhance the experience significantly. Despite these bumps, I left feeling relaxed and would consider returning, hoping for improvements.

The lake view from my room was fine. The communal areas are beautifully designed for relaxation. I loved the variety of yoga classes offered daily. The food was fresh and delicious, catering to healthy diets. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. 🧘‍♀️

The staff was scarce,, and the lady who was supposed to help me was barely there, hanging out talking about her weekend plans while I just stood there feeling like a ghost. Another highlight was the hot tub,,, which was supposed to be relaxing but ended up being a place where everyone was just waiting forever for some semblance of service. It was awkward, and it wasn't just me, people were visibly frustrated.

Not that I expect to get a bargain for a place like this, but the costs are rather steep.

I recently stayed at Yo1 Longevity & Health Resorts, Catskills for four nights, and it was such a rejuvenating experience! The amenities, including the hot tub and swimming pool, really allowed me to unwind completely. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my solo trip feel safe and welcoming. Plus, the food was reliably good throughout my stay.

Some therapies felt a bit pricey for what was offered.

The King Suite was super comfy! Loved the modern vibe and all the space. Seriously, the steam shower was a highlight. It was kind of nice not having a TV. I slept really well. The decor felt fresh and inviting too. That view of the lake made it feel fancy without being snobby.

Good vibes but some bummers

We had a nice stay but it was kinda frustrating. The jacuzzi was out of order and they were short-staffed during Memorial Day. On a brighter note, the game room was a blast and the breakfast hit the spot! The ice maker on our floor was moldy though, yikes.
